The wall’s meaning
At the rebuilt temple, a physical wall will carry the names of those who helped raise it — the दाता पर्खाल, the Donor Wall. This page is its living digital form, so that a name inscribed in Khandbari can be seen from anywhere in the world.
Every gift is honoured the same way, whether it is given as money or as an equivalent weight of copper. The temple needs roughly two tonnes of copper for its roofs and gajur; a household’s unused utensils and a devotee’s cash offering stand side by side on this wall, remembered as one act of faith.
No gift is too small to be recorded. The ladder below reaches from the grandest endowment down to a single rupee offering — because the temple belongs to everyone who gives.
Recognition levels
Contributions are honoured on the temple’s Donor Wall by level. Each level can be met with money or an equivalent weight of copper / brass.

A place on the Donor Wall
Every donor is named on the wall; the space allotted grows with the gift, from a shared line to a full carved panel for the greatest patrons.
A certificate of gratitude
A framed certificate acknowledges the contribution — offered in a wooden frame for the higher levels of giving.
A Rudraksha Mala
Many levels receive a blessed Rudraksha Mala from the temple — a sacred token carried home from the goddess.
A name in the record
For every gift, the donor’s name is kept in the temple’s publications and on its digital platform, part of the lasting record.

Some gifts are meant to be quiet
In our tradition, a gift given without seeking recognition (गुप्त दान) carries its own quiet merit. That wish is honoured completely: no donor’s name appears on the wall or in any record unless the donor asks for it.
On the pledge form, every donor simply chooses — to be named on the Donor Wall, or to remain anonymous. Both choices are held in the same gratitude, and the choice is always yours.
